I had a phone screen with HR, which was totally behavioral. The HR person seemed pretty chill and talked easily. They asked about my cover letter, my past work, and why I wanted to work there. I was doing a bunch of applications at the time so I wasn't really ready to explain my 'why' for this specific role or company.

I first spoke with the temp agency, and they forwarded my resume to Granite. After Granite wanted to interview me, the temp agency called and set up the meeting with Granite. I met two HR people in a small conference room. One explained the job, company, and the process, while the other typed notes. I found that distracting and a little rude, and later figured out she was reading the questions from a paper. The temp agency contacted me the next day and said they weren't hiring anyone at the moment, and I was among 3 other candidates interviewed. Something else to note is that their 8 am- 5pm schedule is very rigid. They seemed to complain about not being allowed to be late or leave a few minutes early. All in all, they seemed nice, but not exactly thrilled.
