I had an initial phone screen with the recruiter, then an in-person interview with the sales manager. After that, they had me shadow a sales rep for about an hour. The final interview was a video call with another manager. I got an offer a few days after that last interview. The whole thing took just a couple of weeks from the first call.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. Basically, you're pitching yourself to the VP, showing them you can handle a role that involves a lot of rejection. If you've got prior sales experience, you should be in a good spot.

So first you talk to the HR guy, Greg, then you do this 45-minute online sales test. After that, Greg sets up an in-person interview where you meet him and the hiring manager for 2 hours. Then they schedule you to come back and shadow the sales team for a whole day, unpaid, no offer yet. You'll chat with the team about their jobs and challenges. You also meet a Senior Manager. Before shadowing, there's an office intro where everyone meets you and you give your 30-second commercial. After all this, you wait 2-3 weeks for an email saying you didn't get the job. It was a really long process.
