Preschool Teacher
I had to bring a book with me and tell the story to the interview team. I brought props as well, and made a hugely good impression on them.
- What would you do with special ed students?
Teacher
Got put into a big group of people looking for jobs, and then they called us individually for interviews at different schools. They asked really general questions. Everyone in the group interview took turns asking a question, and at the end, they said they'd let us know. They use the same questions for every job, so it didn't feel like they were trying to get to know us because the answers are easy to memorize and sound like there's a 'right' way to answer.
- How do you cater to diverse learning needs within your classroom setting?
Teacher
It was a standard process. Three interviewers asked questions one after another. They wanted me to ask them questions at the end. One of the interviewers was a dual immersion teacher since it was for a dual immersion program. It wasn't too hard.
- Can you tell us about yourself and your hobbies?
