Got in through a referral, and since I'm a diverse candidate, I was hired despite not feeling like I performed exceptionally well. The hiring process involved basic questions. Notably, I wasn't interviewed by my direct manager or supervisor.

The reps are really friendly and the interview process is super quick and straightforward. They're happy to answer any questions you have about the program. This is a smaller office, but they have a significant presence in California.

I drove out to Granite City for the interview. The interviewers seemed unprepared and hadn't reviewed my resume. They ended up just reading my resume and asking questions directly from it. My friend had a much better experience in Santa Barbara, where they were actually ready for the interview. I was pretty bummed I didn't get that same chance to show what I could do.
