The interview process was decent, but they requested a lot and didn't offer competitive compensation. I went through three interview rounds, but the hiring manager wasn't impressed. They didn't even bother to inform me of their decision.

It really depends on the team you end up with, but for me, it went like this: First, I had an HR interview. Then, I did a site visit to one of their projects so I could get a better feel for the company. Finally, I had some in-person interviews with the PM, a panel interview with the engineers who are currently doing the job, and also an interview with the general construction manager.

The interview process started with an initial meeting at my school. Following that, I was asked to schedule a time to visit their local office. Since the next interview was set around lunchtime, we went to a nearby restaurant where they covered the cost. After the second interview, they mentioned they would be in touch within the week. It was a pretty straightforward interview.
