First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GrameenPhone.
Intern
I applied online and got shortlisted for an online aptitude test. It covered analytical questions, some math, graph interpretation, and some English. It was average in difficulty, but time is a key factor. Be mindful not to spend too much time on any single question.
- Did you encounter analytical questions?
- Were there any math questions?
- Did you have to interpret graphs?
Intern
the recruiting team and environment were pretty friendly, i didn't feel nervous at all. even though i answered some questions wrongly or couldn't answer at all, they still had a smile on their face. i know i won't get the job but their behavior was good.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Are you willing to work remotely from your division or would you move to Dhaka?
- Tell me about your skills through some behavioral questions.
Intern
After I sent my cover letter and CV, they got back to me in about a week to take an online assessment test. This test was game-based, where I had to make choices in different scenarios. About 20 days after the assessment, they emailed me saying I'd passed and was invited for an interview. So, if you don't hear back within a week, don't worry, it might mean you're moving on! For the interview, there were two people, one from HR and one from the department I'd be working in if I got the job.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Describe how you would handle a project on a topic you're not familiar with.
- What are your future aspirations?
