So the whole interview thing was aptitude first, then two guesstimate rounds. Questions were pretty standard. I made it to the final round. Up to the second round, it was okay. But before the last round, HR wanted my payslips and offer letter from my current job. The final round was with the big bosses, they just asked about my experience, then gave me a guesstimate problem and hung up, saying submit it in 40 mins. The whole 3 rounds took 3 weeks, super slow, such a waste of time. I still don't get why they asked for payslips so early. It was a fair process till the HR asked for payslips.

It was a good experience overall. The whole process was put together nicely. The HR folks were very engaging. The whole selection process took a bit too long, though. It could have been wrapped up faster. First up was a Written Test with 30 questions covering Quants, Verbal, and Descriptive Language. The difficulty was easy to moderate, but the time was tight, and we had to rush at the end. Next, a Guess-estimate Interview where we got 20 minutes to solve a problem, focusing on our approach and confidence. The question was 'Estimate the number of passengers travelling in Blue Line Delhi Metro route every week.' The final round was with the Director, and again, we had 20 minutes for a guess-estimate question, this time tougher: 'Estimate the revenue generated through the car parking lot at DLF Mall of India every week.'

After you get through the first interview, you might think you're done with the interview process and you'll soon find out whether you'll be receiving a job offer. That's not necessarily the case. You may have to participate in a third interview and possible more interviews after that. A third interview typically involves a final meeting with the hiring manager and may provide the opportunity to meet more of your prospective colleagues.
