So basically the HR called a bunch of us, like 20 people, at 9:30am for an aptitude test. It started a bit late, around 10am, which was fine. After the test finished at 11, they had us all wait in the reception area. It turned out the test didn't even matter because nobody got cut based on it. They just kept everyone waiting to be called in one by one for guesstimate interviews. I waited for TWO HOURS, and then the HR person called me to say my interview would be in about half an hour and I should grab lunch. Another hour and a half later, still no interview. I asked reception to check, and they told HR, who said it would be another 10 minutes. Half an hour after that, still waiting. I asked again, and again, another 10 minutes. Another half hour goes by, it's 3:30pm, and I've been waiting FOUR AND A HALF HOURS with no clue if I'm even moving on. I asked reception again. This time, because I was pretty upset and made it known, an HR executive actually spoke to me on the phone. They didn't apologize for the mess and told me I had no right to complain because the job description said it would be an all-day thing. I was so done, I told them off. I'd seen reviews about long waits, but this was ridiculous. The executive then basically said if I couldn't handle waiting, I could leave. So I did, but not before a heated exchange. It's really unprofessional how they treat job seekers. I wouldn't recommend this place.

It was a campus drive which lasted two days. The first day had an aptitude test with three sections: Maths and logical reasoning, English, and Essay writing. Maths was fairly easy, but the English section had difficult vocabulary questions. After a shortlist from the aptitude test, we were called the next day for interviews. I had multiple interview rounds. My first interview focused on questions about my resume and included one guesstimate question that I had 20 minutes to solve (Ques-How many headgear of Apple are sold in a year by amazon.). I had to explain my approach and was cross-questioned on it. The interviewer was very friendly and humble. We had a good conversation. I was given another guesstimate, and this time the interviewer was impressed with my approach. It was late, around 7 PM, and I was tired, but I was told to wait for another interview. Then came the final interview, which began with basic HR questions: introduction, hobbies, family background, why you want to join, and availability for late-night work. After that, I was given another, tougher guesstimate (No. of antivirus sold in a year). I took a long time to decide on an approach. Then I was questioned on my choices ('why did you choose this... why not this...'). It was mainly about pressure handling and confidence. The interviewer cross-questioned many things. Key advice: confidence and a smiling face, never get nervous. I was the only one selected from my entire college.

So first there was a written test, it was 45 mins long and had quant and logic reasoning and grammer questions plus one essay. Then there were three rounds of interviews. All interviews had guess estimates-cum-case studies along with the basic HR questions. The difficulty level and the number of counter questions increased with each round. The first interview was 1 hour, the second was 1.20 hours, and the third was 2 hours.
