First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Grady Health System.
Medical Assistant
The interview process was straight forward. You get asked questions about your experience and how you feel about the job. This is a very low level interview process and you have to be able to answer questions about your own personal experience with the interviewer.
- Tell me about your background experience.
- What are your thoughts about your experience in this field?
- How do you feel about this job?
Emergency Management Specialist
Grady Recruiting Team is Top Tier!! They made this process exciting and worth it. I really appreciated how much they celebrated me as well once I received my offer. They made me feel I was joining a organization that really cared about their staff.
- How does your experience align with the job we are hiring for?
Recruiting Lead
My interview with the recruiting team was over a month ago. It was an initial call that seemed to go well. While you really can never be sure how the other actually feels, you should be able to expect some sort of follow up as it was promised. Weeks went by with no word. I followed up and the reply was that they were waiting on their VP to make next selections as they were away on vacation. I followed up two more times after, with plenty of distance between each email to allow for movement, but GHOSTED
- How would you feel if we interviewed you, gave you false hope, and then ghosted you?
Communications Call Taker
So after I sent in my resume and application, they emailed me to do a personal fitness survey. The next thing was an online test with a bunch of parts to check my typing speed, memory, and how I handle multitasking, plus other stuff. If you pass all that, they send you an email and give you a call to set up your panel interview. For the interview itself, it was me and two employees. We all introduced ourselves, and then they started asking questions in a round-robin way. I had to answer using the STAR method: Situation, Task, Action, Result.
- Can you tell me about how you'd deal with certain scenarios?
- Tell me about a time you handled a stressful situation at work and what you did to resolve it.
