First, I spoke with the hiring manager and someone from another department. Then, I had a round with two people who work with this team but from different departments. Finally, the head of the department interviewed me. There were some case study questions and questions about my past experiences.

Behavioral Other

This was a terrible experience. The interviewer seemed unprepared, not having read my CV, and was late. HR took two weeks to respond after I followed up, and then I received a rejection email immediately. It felt like I was an afterthought because I didn't meet their perceived standards. Given the first round, I could tell their workaholic culture and twisted definition of flat hierarchy wouldn't be a good fit. They seem to have a flat workload where you might do manager-level tasks for less pay, but still have clear authority tiers. Background checks also revealed they couldn't meet my salary expectations. I wouldn't recommend it.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process involved a behavioral question about teamwork, collaboration, strengths, weaknesses, and ambitions for this career and job. Next, there was a business case solving exercise focused on service growth and an assessment of overall business acumen related to demand-supply management in a marketplace. Finally, we discussed previous company experiences and expectations within this new team environment.
