Behavioral Case

My interview process started with an HR screening call with a recruiter, where we mainly talked about my background and why I'm interested in the role. Then, there were two separate 1-on-1 interviews that focused on my job skills and how I handle different situations. The last part was a case study interview, and I presented to a panel of three people.

Behavioral Presentation

The final interview lasted two hours, and I met the team. We then talked about the offer and start date, and everything was agreed upon via WhatsApp. I just had to wait for the official offer letter via email the next week. A few days after that, they texted to say they couldn't proceed with the hiring due to a management decision from higher up, and thanked me for my understanding. I felt terrible. It was unprofessional and showed me how little they valued me. Extremely disappointed, and I don't know if I'd consider Grab again. Truly disappointing and left a bad impression.

Case Presentation

Had a phone screen, then two more phone interviews, and finally a presentation to a panel. Never heard back from the recruiter after the final presentation. It's ridiculous that HR didn't even reply to emails. At least they could have let me know I wasn't selected.
