The interview involved technical questions. They were interested in my thought process, not just at the code level, but also at the high-level and deep-level. They wanted to see critical thinking and how I would analyze and think for the future.

The interview process at Grab Indonesia was really professional and clear. Recruiters kept in touch well, responded quickly to applications, and gave good instructions for each step. The interviews were organized, and recruiters gave helpful feedback after each one, which made me feel good and informed. They also talked openly about the company culture and what the job involves, showing they really want to find the right people and make sure candidates are ready and sure about joining.
