Recruiter
I wasn't really interested at first, especially after talking to the hiring manager. They seemed pushy and not genuine. But I decided to go ahead and had my second interview. During the interview, they told me I wouldn't be allowed to continue my part-time business. They expect 1000% commitment. I get being committed, but telling someone to quit a part-time job that doesn't take much time is weird. They ghosted me for a few weeks and then emailed to say I wasn't chosen. I was ready to join them by then. My gut told me to run away from the start. From my limited interactions, they seem very pushy and dominating. I didn't get a good vibe from the beginning.
- They interrogated me about my side business and stated I would not be able to continue any other business but theirs if chosen. They used scare tactics to push compliance.
- Honestly the whole interview was focused on telling me I would have to discontinue insurance sales if chosen.
- Its odd because its not a time consuming side job.
Recruiter
Interviews are all done over the phone. It begins with a recruiter, then you talk to a manager. The last interview is with a Director. They ask about why you're interested in the company and what you want from the role. It's good to research the company.
- What do you hope to gain from this position? What are your goals?
Executive Recruiter
I came in for a couple of interviews over a week span. The interview was with both of the managers to go over the basics and then sat with someone on the phone to get a feel of what it is like.
- Tell me about your strengths.
