You'll have an interview with both the manager and the district manager. They're going to ask you some sales-related questions to get a better sense of your background and how you'd handle different scenarios. They're really looking for energy and ambition in candidates.

Back in 2010, when I got hired, I made a resume and personally gave it to a manager. He liked that I had cell phone experience with AT&T. Two days later, I got a call for a 10-minute phone screen where they asked basic questions. Then, I had an in-person interview with the District Manager and store manager, and I got the job right there. Nowadays, I think they have you fill out an application online and wait for a call. My personal advice is to do that, wait a few days, and then follow up. Or, you could dress sharp, hand in your resume directly to a hiring manager, and impress them in person - that might speed things up.

Had a phone call and then got the job offer because of my sales background. Then I met the manager and we got along great. The online part was a bit weird but I got it done quickly.
