So after I applied, they made me do this assessment thing first. Then, I got a call from someone who seemed like an intern for a quick chat. Honestly, the whole process felt super one-sided, really old-fashioned, and kinda biased, you know?

Behavioral Other

It was a very long interview process, they brought me in 5 times. I was really interested in the culture and what they said about being transparent and doing the right thing. But that wasn't true, they told me different things than what was in the offer letter. I was super excited about this job until I got the offer and had to go back to them several times because it wasn't what we discussed. For example, they said not signing the non-compete wouldn't change my base salary, but the paperwork showed my base salary would be cut in half if I didn't sign it. There were other things too that totally went against what I was told during the interviews. So, I couldn't accept the offer because it was based on lies, and I have ethical standards for recruiting. The office itself was pretty cool and modern with good tech that made recruiting easier, and the employees were nice.

Behavioral Presentation

The Hiring Manager was great to work with, and I really respect the organization and its culture. The first phone interview was nerve-wracking but also exciting. The first in-person meeting was fantastic. The Hiring Manager made me feel at ease right away. We discussed my background and the challenges of raising children. The office has a very impressive display of awards, which was quite striking.
