It was a pretty straightforward interview that went on for about an hour. I felt like I did well because I prepped a lot, especially for the behavioral questions, and managed to answer everything asked. They actually give you the questions beforehand, so you have most of the day to get your answers ready. Just make sure to do some extra research and prep for those specific questions.

The overall experience was great! I prepared by focusing on the job profile's competencies, so nothing was a surprise. The interview lasted about an hour and included around 4-5 questions. The questions were actually sent out about 30 minutes before the interview.

They gave me three questions 24 hours prior to my interview, and I need to submit my answers to those questions at least an hour before my interview call. During the call, they will ask me the same questions, but I won't be able to read them. Behavioral Questions and STAR method is important

The interview process had 3 stages: first, an initial application with written questions. The questions themselves weren't too hard, but the form layout was tricky to read. Then, there was a written task I had 48 hours to finish. Lastly, the interview, which uses a clear mark scheme. I'd suggest finding someone in BC Gov to help you understand the behavioural competencies.
