The interview process was pretty standard. It mainly involved situational questions for about 45 minutes, and then the remaining 15 minutes were for asking questions or getting clarification. There were about 10-12 questions in total. There is significant discrimination against older white males, especially multi-generational Canadian citizens, in preference of immigrants. This is mainly because of the ridiculously low rates being submitted.

I was contacted after they found my resume from the Provincial Student Work Opportunity website. The recruiter was very friendly and asked if I was still looking for a summer job since it had been half a year since I initially posted my info. I said I was interested, and she set up the interview date. There was only one interview, and all questions were behavioral.
