The interview process was comfortable and transparent. They were accommodating of my request to be 0.8 upon returning from maternity leave which I appreciated. They were detailed in explaining the position and what would be required so I felt I had a good understanding of the role.

  • I don't recall the specific questions but I do recall feeling it was more of a conversation than a question-answer type interview.

I applied and was given an interview. Initially, they sent a time for the interview, and I'd get an acceptance or rejection. I was in court that day, so I had to reject it. Rescheduling was tricky; I had to contact HR to set up another date. The interview felt stiff, and I wasn't sure what was going on. They said they'd ask a certain number of questions but didn't make it clear that I was responsible for time management. It wasn't until halfway through that I was told to speed up. Afterward, they said I did well, but not well enough for an offer. Overall, the interview felt unfair and was frustrating because I was told I didn't do well due to their failure to explain the process clearly at the start. I talked to someone else interviewed for the same role, and they also found it confusing and unclear.

They asked a lot of competency-based questions, but it wasn't always clear which competency they were testing. I'd really suggest spending a lot of time reviewing which questions relate to which competency and have your answers ready.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you tell me about a time you had to deal with a politically sensitive situation and how you handled it?
