No formal interview stage happened. You just had to take an online test. Then after a few days, an email would arrive confirming your success. The audio quality was good back then. The instructions provided were straightforward and easy to follow, even for someone with no previous transcription experience. I'm unsure if the process is still the same now, but it was quite simple at that time.
