You just have to register. Then read the instructions about how to put several signs properly and many more then you will take a test. There are no interviews. Just make sure you have attention to detail and search if needed on how to do stuff.

I was given an audio file to transcribe, about four minutes long, following specific guidelines. I didn't pass the first time, so they asked me to try again in a few days. I reviewed their examples and still made about 11 mistakes in around 500 words. I attempted the transcription a second time after making adjustments, but I still didn't meet the requirements. I'm unsure what else they were looking for, so I decided to stop pursuing it.

The hiring process kicks off on their website where you'll find a link to a 4-minute audio file. Your job is to transcribe this audio and submit it. Make sure to deliver the transcription in their specified format, using the provided template and adhering to all the rules. If your transcribed file meets their standards, you'll get an email inviting you to set up your new account.

After submitting an online application, you'll take a test. This test has specific point clusters you need to hit, like needing to average a 4.5 or 5.0 to pass. If you score below that, you don't pass and have to retake it.
