I had an interview with two people from the recruiting team. One of them seemed uninterested and cold right from the start, like they just wanted to finish up quickly. When I asked about employee engagement, they exchanged a look before answering, suggesting they don't have much in the way of employee engagement initiatives or DEI planning. I didn't receive any feedback after the interview.

I had a phone interview with the HR manager, and then they brought me in for an on-site interview with the hiring manager and the President. The phone screen was quick, and within a couple of hours, I got an invite for an on-site interview the next week. I went in and got the job offer within a day after the on-site. They are really fast and efficient!

The recruiting lead contacted me on LinkedIn to set up an interview with a recruiter on his team. My interview was on a Tuesday, and I was told I'd get an update early the next week. The entire next week passed without any word, so I figured they chose another candidate. However, the week after that, I got an email apologizing for the delay and was invited to the next round. No big deal, things happen. This next round was with the recruiting manager, who had also reached out to me on LinkedIn. At the end of this interview, he mentioned wanting to move me to the next round with his boss and that they'd schedule it for the upcoming Friday. Thursday rolled around, and I still hadn't heard anything about my Friday interview, so I sent a follow-up email. No reply. Friday arrived with no contact. I followed up again the following Tuesday to ask if my application was still being considered. Still no response. It was extremely unprofessional and a terrible experience, which tells me everything I need to know about the company.
