Consultant
I had a one on one case study with another consultant, then four case studies with some Excel parts as part of the in-person superday. After that, there were follow up calls. It was pretty simple. The superday concluded with an interview with the founder/Deepak.
- Estimate the yearly air traffic volume for an airport.
Consultant
So, the company is pretty much run by an Indian owner. It's been around for over ten years, but it's still a small place with about 25 employees, which might be a good thing since it's a small firm. I had my first interview on campus, and it lasted for an hour. They asked me a market sizing question and then spent some time on behavioral questions. The interviewer mentioned upfront that we wouldn't have time for me to ask them any questions about the company, but I'd get a chance if I made it to the second round. Their main focus seemed to be on whether you have the skills to do the job. The company seemed to have pretty young employees, most of whom had only been there for about 2 years, which could suggest a high turnover rate.

- What are your thoughts on the profits made by Starbucks around your college?
- Tell me about yourself and your experiences.
Consultant
