it was a really long and repetitive interview process on casing that was totally unnecessary. They requested In-person case interviews but then had another round of case interview with the same 2 interviewers - which makes no sense if the interviewee is not in the same city? Didn't feel like they have good vibes in the office. You can find a lot of questions in glassdoor they asked - the same questions.

I applied through campus placements (MBA) and got an invite for an hour-long interview with an Associate. It mostly focused on my motivations and learning more about Gotham and role expectations, ending with a quick case. About a week later, I was invited for three back-to-back three-hour interviews with two Associates and a Senior Executive. Each interview had a concept test (case or other) related to Gotham's work, and again, questions about why Gotham and expectations. It was a positive experience, and I think highly of Gotham and their PE reputation. I really appreciated their honesty about role expectations; they were upfront about the demanding nature of PE. I enjoyed speaking with everyone and valued their candid advice on success. If you want to get into PE or consulting and are ready to put in the hours, Gotham is a great place.

The interviewers seemed like they barely slept and looked exhausted, even one of them dozed off during the interview. It felt like they were subtly hinting that I shouldn't join the company. I definitely got the message!
