The process was horrible, and there was a lack of communication. I've also heard that the employees are not happy here. Do not accept an offer. They need to improve every step.

We had a group interview. They asked us questions about our past experiences, and also what we knew about GoSite. We were supposed to bring our resumes to use during the interview. It was more of an open-ended discussion where they wanted us to share examples from our resume.

this was easier than a lot of interviews, in a good way. it's a younger company with young professionals so the interviews are more conversational than most. there was a short phone interview and then a meeting with 2 different managers, which shouldn't be more than an hour total.
