Project Manager
The interview process had 3 steps and it was well organised and easy to proceed with. The interviewee was professional and it was smooth. I would recommend anyone to apply here and wish you the best of luck in your career.

Implementation Specialist
Started with a good phone call with the recruiter, and right after, I was offered a second interview with the manager and CPO. The CPO interview was more formal, with rapid-fire questions about my experience and skills. They mentioned the job involves teaching users how to use the platform, so they asked me to teach the CPO something as an exercise. It felt a bit awkward and I think they could have just asked about my teaching experience, as this exercise didn't seem very helpful. The interview with the manager was relaxed and focused on understanding my work style and how I'd fit with the team.
- What are you excited to learn and bring to this position?
- Could you teach me something?
- Tell me about your work style and how you'd be a good fit for the team.
Intern
Applied online and did a phone interview for an internship. The interview was easy. I was told the next step was to speak with the departmental team and I would hear back by a certain day. That day came and I heard nothing back from the company. I can respect if I didn't have the qualifications for the role or if there was a candidate that was better suited for the role I applied for, but as a company, it is common courtesy to, at the very least, touch base with prospective applicants who had a genuine interest in the company and let them know that you will not be moving forward in the hiring process. This lack of courtesy tells me about GoSite's true nature as a company and their lack of values. For a 'growing' company, this is not a very good look. I definitely dodged a bullet! Here's a tip: start putting back the 'human' in Human Resources.
- Can you tell me what your strengths are?
Senior Software Quality Engineer
This was one of the best interview experiences I've had. All the interviewers made me feel really comfortable right from the start. They clearly explained what they were looking for. They asked questions based on my experience and knowledge, and they were also really interested in learning about the work and processes from my previous roles and companies. Overall, it was an amazing experience and every single person I interviewed with was great.
