the interview felt weird. i felt like they were just shooting questions at me without actually trying to get to know me. i was answering silly situational questions one after the other. to me it seemed like they had already decided on someone but had to go through my interview because it was already scheduled. it felt even weirder when we were finishing up the interview, she took a while to hang up and i could see her put her head on her hand and a face that read "i don't wanna be here." glad i dodged the bullet i guess.

The interview process at Gorjana was very straightforward and easy to navigate. The questions were simple, primarily focusing on basic background, experience, and availability. Communication was NOT prompt and I had to email to receive a response. Based on my observations and the overall environment, there appears to be a noticeable lack of diversity within the company. While my experience with the interviewer was polite and professional, I left with the impression that there may be significant room for improvement in fostering a more inclusive and diverse workplace culture.

It's your normal interview process but they are a bit picky. I felt like they asked some unnecessary questions but not invasive. It seems like they definitely want outgoing, talkative, and young employees.
