After submitting my resume, I was contacted via email for an in-person interview with the office admin. She promptly emailed again to arrange a subsequent in-person interview with an attorney. Both interviews felt professional yet more relaxed than others I've experienced. The people were incredibly kind and welcoming! Following the attorney interview on Friday, I got an offer by email on Monday. The entire process was efficient and very professional.

I talked to attorneys from the practice group. They reviewed my resume and asked some questions. I think that was the only interview. It lasted about 30 minutes.

We did two phone interviews. First one was about my previous job experience and skills. The second interview was longer and included a typing and skills test. About a week after that, they checked my references and did a thorough background and employment check another week later.
