Behavioral Technical

The whole interview process was super long, lasting 2 months. I had 4 interviews in total, with 3 being behavioral and 1 technical. The last interview with the COO was confusing; they asked tough technical questions even though the hiring manager said it would be a casual 'get to know me' chat and I didn't need to prepare anything. After all that, I didn't even get a rejection notice. I had to wait 3 weeks and email them myself, only to find out they'd already picked someone else.

Interview day involved meeting with a senior analyst, a senior project manager, and a director. Following these meetings, there was an excel exam administered at the end of the interview, and then two additional take-home exams: one in excel and another focused on spelling and grammar.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process had many kind people, but I felt the number of interviews was a bit excessive. Maybe it was just scheduling issues, but it was a lot of time spent interviewing on multiple days before an offer was made, and the interviews were practically identical. 2 interviews would have been plenty if they could have scheduled multiple people per interview. I did enjoy that the interviews were virtual video interviews, and they were very flexible on times.
