I went through a two-stage interview process for this role. First, I had an interview with the recruiter, and then a second interview with the Hiring Manager. Both were video calls. The first interview went pretty well, they asked some good questions and told me more about the company and the job. I was happy to move on to the next stage and did more research. The second interview was supposed to be a video call too, but it got cancelled twice last minute and rescheduled for the end of the day. When the hiring manager finally joined, she asked just one question about my current role. After I answered, she ended the interview and asked if I had any questions. She seemed really uninterested, like she'd already made up her mind. I felt pretty unsatisfied afterwards. I tried asking the Recruiter for feedback, but never heard back.

5 round interview process individually. All remote, quick and speedy process. The CEOs hold the last interview virtually and sometimes don't turn their cameras on, it's uncomfortable to interview virtually, and have to have your camera on when the interviewers are watching you

Someone reached out to me on LinkedIn and set up a phone call with the TA manager. I then moved onto another call with another TA Specialist a week later. The interview process seemed very lax- seems like a very young culture. They took a week to get back to me after the second interview. Unfortunately I did not get the job, which is weird because on both ends it sounded like my background skills were spot on for the role.
