Behavioral Technical Presentation

I got referred by an employee and after about a month, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. She mostly talked about the job and asked me some resume questions. The recruiter then invited me for an on-site interview. There, I met with four people for 30 minutes each. They mainly asked about my past projects and some behavioral questions. One person showed me a chart and asked for an analysis. They really care about culture fit and enjoying sports and photography helps. My hiring manager was last and explained the role and expectations clearly. I felt welcomed. The recruiter gave me an offer the same day. Tip: dress casually, even a dress shirt was too formal. They value culture fit a lot.

Behavioral Technical

First, there was a recruiter screen, which went well. Then, I spoke with the hiring manager. They seemed mostly interested in checking if I had the right experience and would be a good fit. It felt like a basic checklist to confirm experience. The manager didn't seem like a modern product person or someone who develops their team. The process concluded with a generic, unhelpful email from the recruiter.
