The interview process was smooth, feeling more like a conversation. The interviewer made me feel at ease, and it was easy to talk to them. There were two conversations with recruiters before I had a chat with the agency owner.

I had an on-campus interview which was followed by an interview at their home office in Dallas, Texas. Their in-office interview had five short interviews with different team managers. They ask different types of questions. It was an intimidating process, but the recruiters made it feel much more comfortable. They assign you to a recruiter who helps you prepare for the interview and answers any questions you may have between rounds.

There was a 30 minute hype up presentation. After that, there were two 30 minute interviews with management. I really fell for the hype at the start, they talked about how much money you make and stuff, but I can't really trust a public company that hires 24 year olds to run offices.
