The interview process

Described in candidates’ own words.

Phone screen with recruiter, then interview with a technical program manager from another team. The frustrating part was being told to expect a call to talk about next steps, then the recruiter delaying it by 3 days (5 days total) just to tell me I didn't make the cut.Candidate-reported process
Don't bother, they never followed up after the phone interview. The phone screener was really hard to understand and had a background with a picture of a naked back end of a torso. There were months between contacts — the recruiter had reached out months ago.Candidate-reported process
I got a call from a Google recruiter and said yes to interview. I went through several rounds of interviews. After about four interviews online, I flew to their office for more interviews, with a total of 3 sessions on site.Candidate-reported process
