After submitting my resume, they contacted me saying they wanted to set up a meeting, but it was scheduled pretty far out, and then it got rescheduled again. The meeting was with a Project Manager who was taking notes to pass back to recruitment. They asked me project related questions, and I answered them as well as I could. A few days later I got a rejection without any feedback on how I could have improved.

It began with an HR interview, then there was a written test (until there quite basic), after that 2 managers did reviews/interviews including case studies. It was quite smooth between each interview and communication with HR was fast and efficient.
