The interview process

Described in candidates’ own words.

horrible process, long and tedious - interview style at Google and some other trendy companies is just focused to find the best liar not the best worker. There are other companies with better interview processes, simple of 2 interviews and straight to the point. All this nonsense of HR manuals doesn't work in real life. Avoid them!!!!!!!Candidate-reported process
Had an initial phone screen with the recruiter. Passed that phone screen and they said I would be matched with managers for an interview. That interview never happened and the recruiter ended up ghosting me.Candidate-reported process
It was a really good process but some of the questions they asked were very vague, which made you think creatively and outside the box. Overall Google is a great place to work at, I would recommend it.Candidate-reported process
