This was a really easy interview process. They mainly wanted to know my availability and why I chose Goodwill. Sometimes they asked about my strongest skill. The interviewers were very friendly, making it feel more like a chat than a formal interview.

I submitted my application in person and it took them over a month to call me for an interview. I actually went to check on my application because it had been so long, and an employee told me that they'd be calling for interviews soon and that a cute boy had just dropped off an application the day before, and when they turned it in they said 'let's hire him.' The interview was pretty easy and lasted about 20 minutes. The manager seemed to really like me and was friendly, but I never heard back after she said she had two more interviews to go and would contact me.

It was an easy and fun meeting with a nice manager. It was a friendly meeting with no pressure, just talking about what I did in my past job and what you know about goodwill. You must prepare yourself by looking at the company site for its history and get knowledge about the company goal.
