Manager
You'll be working with the Outpatients Department team, making sure the admin is running smoothly. Your job is to be the first point of contact and be super helpful. You'll need to book follow-up appointments, handle discharges to the GP, and manage waiting lists. Using the Trust Patient Access System (PAS) is key for processing patient info and appointments. Remember, treating patients and their data with respect, discretion, and confidentiality is a must, following the Trust Information Governance Policy and Data Protection Act.

Assistant Manager
I applied online and then got an email for an interview. The store manager was really nice and brought in the regional manager for a video call to speed things up. They both asked some challenging but good questions. After the video call, the manager told me more about the store's operations and the job hours. She had me fill out a background check form just in case they decided to move forward. She said she'd let me know either way, but I haven't heard back.
- Can you tell me how many people you managed in your previous management role?
- Do you have experience with handling cash and making bank deposits, and do you have reliable transportation for bank runs?
- How would you manage a situation where a customer is causing a scene, threatening others, and won't leave the store?
Case Manager
The first interview went fine. Got a call for a second one a few days later, no problem. I go to the second interview and am greeted on a practically empty floor and no one asks if they can assist. So I'm just standing there...waiting. Eventually I'm greeted by the woman that interviewed me the first time and then I meet her boss, whom is quite rude and even goes as far as to tell me during the interview, that "they dont like to hire from outside of the agency". I took that as my cue I wasn't getting the job. Not a problem at all because when I saw how rude management was, I no longer was interested. Thank you for not hiring me.
- Rude interviewer
