First, some places use an ATS to check resumes for keywords. Then there's an initial screening call, either by phone or video, that lasts about 15-30 minutes. This is where they check if you meet the basic requirements, talk about salary, when you can start, and if you're interested. They'll also tell you what's next. After that, you might have a first-round interview with the hiring manager or team lead. This could be a behavioral interview, asking about your past experiences, like how you handled a work conflict. If it's a technical role, they'll also ask job-specific questions or give you problems to solve.

The hiring process was professional. I had two interviews, one with the program manager and another with the VP of the Vocational program. I got a tour and extensive training, even a certificate after finishing. It was a good entry-level job.

Found the internship listing on my university's website, and an intern director also emailed me. I sent in my resume and they quickly replied to schedule an interview day. I went in for the interview, and it seemed to go well. Then there was a bit of a wait regarding an offer, I guess since other candidates were still interviewing. I ended up getting an offer and accepted it.
