Administrative Assistant
Applied online and then got an HR email within two days. The first round was a Zoom call with HR to talk about my background. The second round was with the supervisor to go over role details. The whole thing took about 30 minutes.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about a project that you're proud of.
- How do you manage urgent tasks?
Executive Assistant
It was a good interview, they started by asking for an intro and then went into questions about technical and relevant qualifications and experiences. They also asked why I want to join the company, what I can offer, and my expected salary range.
- Can you give us an introduction and describe yourself?
- What are your interests regarding this position?
Administrative Assistant
The interview process was really good. First, there was a phone interview where they told me more about the job and asked about my background and experience related to the role. Then, I had an in-person interview with four people after a building tour. They asked deeper questions about my experience and how I manage tasks and conflicts at work. It was a great interview, and everyone was super friendly; I felt like I clicked with the team right away. Later that day, they called and sent me a background check to fill out. The very next business day, they officially offered me the job. It was a great experience, and I'm excited to start.
- In what ways has your previous job prepared you for this role?
- Can you describe a time you dealt with a challenging customer?
- What's your proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software that could be helpful for this job?
