Sales Associate
The interview was pretty simple. They were looking for someone reliable, honest, and attentive. They mainly asked about my schedule and if anything would prevent me from being on time for work. I don't have kids or aging parents, but even if I did, it seemed like that wasn't a dealbreaker. They just need someone to handle the register and stock shelves. I liked the job itself, even though the pay isn't great, it was very easy. Just a heads up, the uniform is ugly and management is cold, so if you take the job, don't go for a promotion. Stay low-key. It's an okay job if you're a student or have other things going on and just need something to do for a while.
- Tell me about your availability.
Sales Associate
honestly it was pretty chill - just had 1 interview and got an answer back the next day! dillain was the man's name, I believe. after that, I went home and did some self-care. next thing I knew, got an e-mail from Goodwill
- Tell me about yourself in detail.
Sales Associate
This job means you'll be on the sales floor, dealing with stuff like clothes and shoes, making sure prices are right, and keeping things neat on the hangers. You'll also be chatting with customers. They really stressed that the work schedule is a few days on, then a day off, and then it starts up again. Your weekends off or on will switch back and forth.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What kind of availability do you have?
- What retail experience do you have?
