The process is pretty straightforward. The HR folks are really easy to talk to and they tell you everything about the job and the pay. They're good at communicating and flexible. Overall, it's not too tough and a decent experience.

I applied for this co-op role through my school's career portal. Heard back for an interview within 2-3 days after the application deadline. The interview itself was a one-on-one session at their London headquarters. They let me know the outcome the very next day and were really encouraging about reapplying if I didn't get the position this time around.

They are very eager to reach out when they need someone, but if they don't, you'll never hear back. I got to the final round, but then I'm not sure what happened, and they ghosted me.
