The whole interview process was easy, everyone I talked to was nice and they seemed to really like me. I felt like they led me on and then just ghosted me like first I had a phone interview then I met with director the got moved to meet three team member's 1 and 30 mins and I was told I would meet with someone else and then final interview in which I would give a presentation. They were like talk to you soon but literally ghosted me and wasted my time I invest so much of my time to later just get ignored. I honestly think they do internal hiring so please don't apply here they will just waste your time and at the end just do so many interview for nothing.
- Why do you want to pursue a career in media planning?
Media Planner
The interview process involved three interviews with HR coordinators, followed by two interviews with potential teammates. After that, I had to give a 30-minute presentation to about 15 employees. I think each interview went well because I moved on to the next stage. After the presentation, I had to follow up three times to find out about my application status. They got back to me two weeks later, saying that even though my experience and interests matched what they were looking for, they decided to go with other candidates. I'm not sure what else they were looking for since experience, interest, and a bachelor's degree weren't enough for an entry-level position. I'm really disappointed because the whole process took over two months and 12 hours of my time. It felt like they didn't respect my time. It was a good learning experience about professionalism, but I wish they had given me some real feedback to help me grow.
- Could you share some details about your previous work experiences?
- Tell me about your career aspirations.

The interview process consisted of four stages: an initial HR call, a team interview, a project-focused interview, and a final presentation. This all happened virtually over several weeks. The hiring team made their expectations clear and were quite friendly during the process.
- Can you share a professional accomplishment you're proud of?
