The interview process went well, I met really nice people on the operations team and the HR folks were super nice and responsive. They weren't upfront about who their ideal candidate was though, and after 5 interviews, they told me I didn't get the job because I didn't have the right experience. Then they reopened the job search. Even though I really like the product and the company, I wasn't impressed with how they handled not being clear about their ideal candidate from the start and not giving me a chance to address the experience gaps they saw.

Had an initial call with the recruiter that went well. Then I followed up to meet with the hiring manager and had a good experience, but I never heard back after that. Everyone throughout the process was very friendly, but you can tell this place acts like a start-up in terms of how quick they move still.
