Before the in-person interview, I was given the drinks recipe of the top 10. During the interview, they asked personal questions like usual and also a few questions to see if you can memorize some of the top 10 drinks recipe. A recipe was randomly picked. After that, I was offered to start my trial/training.

I saw the store hiring sign in the window and applied online. Since I didn't hear back after a couple of weeks, I called to set up an in-person meeting at the store to talk about the day-to-day tasks and for the interview. My first training happened the same day as the interview. Before I started preparing drinks, they asked me some questions and showed me how to prepare things.
