The interview was quick, easy, and efficient. The main priority for them is to have flexibility in your work schedule. If you are a student with a lot of in-person classes, it might be difficult to land a position.

It was a basic interview with some questions about experience and hours. They will test you after a few weeks of work because their frenchies rules are very strict with ingredients and processes.

- What are your customer service skills like?
- Can you be flexible with your hours?
Service Crew
I applied online and got a call back in 2 weeks for a trial run the next day. The supervisor showed me around and watched me for 45 minutes to see if I was okay with the work. Then they gave me 3 days to learn the recipes for a test on day 3. There are over 50 questions, and if I pass, I get a 2-week training. After that, I can be officially hired.
- How would you ask a customer for $5.50 for a drink?
