The process needs to be more transparent. During the interview I would ask questions regarding pay and day to day operations. I was told that information would be given during the next interview. Then the details of the position should be clarified from the beginning.

The interview process started with an informational webinar about the company. Then, there were two more rounds that were behavioral interviews with different interviewers. They told us when they'd call to let us know if we were moving on. The whole thing took about a week.
