I had a phone call to schedule an interview with HR. The next day, we had a zoom call with HR and other candidates where HR explained the company. After the call, they asked if we wanted to continue. I decided not to because it didn't feel like the right fit after the zoom call.

So there are 3 different stages of the interview. The first stage is a group interview with 6-7 people (more like screening). After that, they call you back for the second interview. The second interview is one-to-one with someone in HR where they go over the daily responsibilities in-depth. If the interview goes well, they call you back for a final interview/job offer.
