I applied online and about a week later I got a call for an interview. I talked to a manager who seemed nice but couldn't find my application, so I had to fill out another one, which was more like a survey. She asked about my past work experience and why I quit my old jobs. She explained what was expected of me, like being friendly to customers and coworkers, handling multiple tasks, and being punctual. Once I agreed, she hired me right away.
