It was pretty simple. First, they reviewed my application, then I had a one-on-one chat with the manager. We talked about customer service stuff and my availability. If they needed someone right away, they sometimes hired on the spot.

The interview was easy and great. It was quick and detailed with standard stuff. They wanted background information. The interviewer told me the next steps and said they would contact me soon. I am excited for this and hope I get an update soon.

It was a good and fast interview. The interviewer was attentive. I felt very comfortable and participatory. She talked about the activities, the benefits, the hours, and the required skills. She discussed the category, the workplace, and asked very professional questions.

The whole experience was super frustrating and unprofessional. The recruiter messed up the interview date at first, which was annoying but I let it slide. The first interview on Friday was just general experience stuff. The recruiter promised to call Sunday about next steps, but didn't. I had to chase her Monday, and she scheduled the second interview for Tuesday. The second interview was about 45 minutes, focusing on general situational and behavioral questions about management style and handling issues. She said I'd hear back the next day, but then radio silence Wednesday. I emailed that night, no reply. Emailed again Thursday, still nothing. I decided to move on, totally unprofessional not to follow up when promised. Not a place I want to work if recruiting is this disorganized. Finally got a generic message Saturday on Indeed saying they weren't proceeding. My advice to the leaders and recruiters: actually follow up when you say you will. Otherwise, you look unorganized and might miss out on good people.
