I had one interview where the manager asked about my skills and experiences. He was polite, and asked your standard questions. A few days later the recruiter emailed me and scheduled a time for a technical interview in SQL. From what I gathered I think I did really well solving the the SQL questions, and the man interviewing me spent very little time interrupting, so I was optimistic that I was moving to the final round. After sending a thank you email to the interviewers, I reached out to the recruiter a week after the recruiter to see when I would get feedback. No ressponse. I reached out again another week later with no response. Finally after reaching out to the interviewers, I got an email from the recruiter saying that the guy who interviewed me first ultimately decided that I didn't have the skills and experience needed for the role.

I was reached out by a recruiter, then I spoke with the hiring manager. I told her about all my experience and was really excited to work for a company in the food industry. It took two weeks to get an answer from the recruiter after I followed up. She said I didn't have any passion for the company, which was the worst feedback I've ever gotten. The hiring manager didn't seem to know how to interview and didn't have any questions for me at the end, even when I asked if there was anything else I could answer. Good luck to anyone applying here!

I was contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone screening interview, which went very well. He was very kind and guided how to make an impact with the rest of the team moving forward. After a couple of weeks of back and forth, I had a video call with the Marketing Manager (the meeting was rescheduled a couple of times). She was also really nice, and the interview itself was casual and relaxed, nothing too serious. Another week or so passed before I moved on to the next interview with the Co-Founder, Vanessa (again, the time was moved a couple of times). She was 5 minutes late and didn't apologize or give any reason. Each time she asked me a question, she would cut me off and was not listening. This was a more detailed, "intense" interview because her energy was so scattered and I was constantly having to react to this on the spot. I had read so many articles and listened to a podcast about her and was not expecting this level of unprofessionalism and amount of ego. She came across as a complete narcissist and after reading all the other reviews (not just interviews but from former employees), this checks out. Despite this, I felt very strongly about the interview and the potential of receiving an offer. After a week of back and forth and many follow-ups with the recruiter, he let me know "it just wasn't the right fit and she is reconsidering the role." The entire process from start to finish was exactly a month with over 50 emails with the recruiter and a handful of phone calls and text message updates.

I spoke directly with sales leadership and the CBO for my interview. Before getting an offer, I also got to chat with other team members in my role. We spent a good chunk of the interview talking about our favorite meals and restaurants nationwide, so it definitely helps to be passionate about food.
