So, there were like 3 stages in the interviews, took about 2 weeks. First up was an online technical screen plus a Skype chat, mostly about JSF, Web Services, Hibernate, and Spring. Then I went to their HQ in Milford, CT for the second round. It was a panel with 3 interviewers, all from MIT, and we talked Java and some analytical/situational stuff. The last one was a full day in McLean, VA, meeting with the client services team and four different groups. That one covered tech questions, behavioral stuff, and finished with a presentation on the company's vision and achievements.

So, the recruiter from the company reached out to me, and they were going to give me an online Java test to complete within the next week. It was a 4-hour test, the longest I've ever done. There were two questions in the test: the first was a Java programming question where I had to calculate the total fee for a phone bill given as a string, but there was a lot of description on how to calculate the bill, which was quite time-consuming. The second question was about SQL, and I ended up using avg() and left join for it. After a week, the recruiter got back to me and sent me a link for the next step, which was an interview.

So, the process had a skills test and a prerecorded interview. The test covered Java and SQL stuff on Codility. The prerecorded part had me answer six behavior questions and two easy SQL questions.
